Sharon Beam has been a licensed Realtor since 1977. A full-time Realtor with 30 years experience gives Sharon expertise in marketing and selling properties and superior knowledge of her market area. A member of Harford County Association of Realtors, Sharon has received many awards including the Distinguished Sales Associate of the Year, Realtor of the Year, President’s Award, and has achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. A top producer for many years, Sharon has been in the top 1% nationwide.

In addition to many advanced designations, Sharon holds an Associate Degree in Real Estate and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, the Harford County Association of Realtors, and is licensed in Pennsylvania as well.

Among her many contributions to the real estate community, Sharon served as a director on the Central Maryland Multiple Listing Service, Board of Directors for Harford County Association of Realtors for 6 years, chaired the Realtors Political Action Committee for 10 years, and has served on numerous other committees for Harford County and Maryland Association of Realtors throughout her career.

Sharon Beam has been a Harford county resident for over thirty years and her goal is to provide excellent service to her customers and clients in the marketing and purchase of real estate.

When she is not working, Sharon enjoys travel and reading.
