Roy Willis began his real estate career in 2000 after a 25-year career in sales that culminated as the President and CEO of a division of Mitsubishi. He formed the Willis Team with his wife Linda and, together, they quickly earned a reputation as one of North Baltimore County’s leading real estate teams. Roy has a comprehensive business background with high standards of professionalism and an affinity for negotiations. He understands home value and complements Linda’s skills as a residential specialist to help clients make good decisions while selling and buying a home. He has earned an ePRO designation as an agent who has been trained to provide modern online technology to serve his clients. Roy is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR), the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR.)

Over a period of ten years, Roy and Linda opened their home to 16 foster children, each in need of a sense of “home.” They gave each child that sense of love and security that home should bring throughout each stage of a family’s life. Having recently sold their home of 23 years and moving to live closer to their married children, he can empathize with his clients and help to make the process less stressful on them and their families.
