Kent Merchant, CRS, GRI, ABR Kent Merchant has been a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and a member in good standing with the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR), the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) since 1974. Kent joined RE/MAX American Dream in 2002. His credentials include the advanced designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).
