Joan Marr has been a licensed real etate agent since 1983. She joined Re/Max American Dream in 1996. Her continued education was to obtain her designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). Her Professional achievements since joining RE/MAX American Dream include RE/MAX 100% club, RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, and the induction to the RE/MAX American Dream Hall of Fame, along with being featured in the publication Empire Magazine Who’s Who.

Since becoming a Realtor in 1983, Joan has helped hundreds of families with their real estate needs in the Greater Baltimore and Harford County areas. During this time, she has gained a vast knowledge of a wide variety of real estate transactions and her motto is “Your home is where my heart is.” Joan has considerable experience in all types of residential and investment real estate transactions, along with her devoted commitment exceptional service.

Joan has been a guest speaker on the topic of Breast Cancer survival, and is a survivor herself, which is why “giving back” is so important to her.

Joan is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR), the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Joan’s volunteer and charitable activities include a variety of work with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Children’s Miracle Network, her church, local school systems and the local fire department.

Joan has two daughters, Sierra and Summer and resides in Perry Hall when not working. She spends her free time enjoying outdoor activities with her family such as soccer, lacrosse and cheerleading. You might even find her, or not, on a cruise this year.
