When Jessica turned eighteen, she immediately enrolled in the Real Estate pre-licensing course in Harford County. Since hanging her license, she enrolled in a personal training/coaching program as well as the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) program that includes professional instruction on several different Real Estate subjects and topics. Jessica enjoys her studies and has set a goal to complete all four series of the GRI. Scheduled for completion in 2008, Jessica will be eligible for the Maryland Broker Exam, and will be one of Harford County’s youngest Associate Brokers.

Jessica attributes her starting success to her family’s support, strong work ethic, and natural ability to be fair and honest in all business dealings. “I chose an independent career because it allows me to work at a fast pace for long hours. It takes a strong personality to work with a diverse clientele. Everyone’s needs, budgets, and features required are so unique. I enjoy figuring out the puzzle and helping people achieve home ownership. It is thrilling to share everyone’s joy and satisfaction.”

Her hobbies include, belonging to the Harford County Association of Realtors, following the real estate market, finding investments properties for her father, and as an example of confidence and perseverance, Jessica has purchased two Real Estate Properties in Harford County, one currently used as her primary residence. Jessica also enjoys watching football on the weekends.
