Deb Hutson has been a licensed real estate agent since 1984 and a top producer since 1986. She joined RE/MAX American Dream as Manager of the Bel Air office in 1998. Deb has been recognized for her contributions to the real estate community with numerous awards. Among the awards she has received from the Harford County Association of Realtors are the Fair Housing Award, Distinguished Sales Associate Award, and Realtor of the Year. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors Leadership Academy.

Deb has continued her education within the real estate community by obtaining the designation Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). She is active in the Harford County Association of Realtors (HCAR) and the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) where she serves on several committees. Additionally, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

In addition to her responsibilities as Manager of the Bel Air office of RE/MAX American Dream she actively lists and sells real estate. Her interests span the range from helping first-time homebuyers to assisting with the acquisition and sale of Renown Properties.

Deb is an instructor for the states of Maryland and Delaware, and is a Maryland Association of Realtors GRI instructor. Her experience includes teaching courses in Real Estate Contracts, Laws of Agency, Fair Housing/Anti Trust, Mandatory Disclosures, Pitfalls of Settlement, Legislative/Legal Updates, Buyer Brokerage, Condominium and Cooperative Law, License Law, Broker Law, Code of Ethics, and Predatory Lending Practices. Additionally, she is a nationally approved Professional Standards Instructor.

Deb and her husband, Gary, live in Baltimore County and have one daughter, Kate, who, is a member of the Maryland Bar Association.

When she is not working, Deb enjoys sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, reading, and cooking. Deb and Gary are members of the Baltimore Yacht Club.
